Bethany is the owner of True Muscle Solutions, LLC in Edgewater, Maryland (est. 2017.) While playing D1 lacrosse at Robert Morris University (Moon Township, PA) and struggling with injuries, Bethany discovered posture alignment therapy which ultimately led to her career in health and wellness. Already licensed in massage therapy (2011,) she received her posture alignment certification from Egoscue University® in 2016. Bethany continues to educate herself in order to improve the services she offers clients including earning certifications in sports massage, lymphatic drainage, and Neurokinetic Therapy®. While posture alignment remains the focus of her company, all of these modalities work together to get to the root cause of clients’ pain and help them live a pain free life.
