After suffering with shoulder, neck and wrist pain in her mid 30s, Liz decided to try all the usual methods, seeing her general practitioner, specialists, and many other therapists. Initially her symptoms improved but she was left frustrated when the pain quickly returned.
This led Liz to start looking for a better, more long term solution. After doing a lot of research, reading Pete’s Egoscue books, and having posture alignment sessions, she was amazed by the results she had experienced during and long after her appointments.
Since then Liz qualified as a Posture Alignment and Exercise Specialist through the Egoscue University in 2019. From there she opened her business Align Your Body. Liz offers face to face and online video appointments via Zoom.
Liz is passionate about sharing what she has learned to help others restore balance in their bodies, relieve chronic pain, and improve their performance, enabling them to live an active and pain free life.
