Sarah worked for many years overseeing academic studies at both ASU and the University of Arizona, which focused on the intersection of nutrition, exercise and chronic disease.
She suffered for years from severe tension and migraine headaches due to a lack of physical activity and too much time spent sitting at a desk. It was not until she attended her first Posture Fitness class that she finally found relief. She started to understand how misalignment of the body creates pain and dysfunction. Relief came immediately after that class, and within the year she was a certified Posture Alignment Specialist.
Sarah is now an Egoscue Method certified Posture Alignment Specialist (levels 1 and 2) and has completed the Egoscue Advanced Exercise Training (AET), the highest level of certification available through the Egoscue Institute. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Physical Education from Arizona State University.
Her clients range from people who are suffering from chronic pain to seasoned athletes who are looking for that edge over their competition. Clients usually feel relief from pain and improved function after the first visit. Over a series of visits, clients learn how their body functions most efficiently and how that translates into a fuller, richer life.
Sarah truly lives her work every day, and she loves empowering her clients to live their lives without limits.
She works in partnership with Roxanne Harley at their location in Tucson. Additionally, she accepts virtual clients via Zoom or FaceTime.
